The mandala is a universal symbol. It brings healing, centeredness and transformation and reminds us to stay focused and in balance. Finding moments in our life to reconnect and let go is important. The mandala helps us to not get stuck in polarities and to encompass what we are finding in our experience without judgment or rejection. Simply put the mandala is an entrance into finding our own depth and is always a tool to recognize what is happening for us.
