I was born and raised in Germany, and traveled to Spain in my early 20's. I was unhappy, depressed and not clear on my life direction. In Spain I met a number of important people for my life and started connecting to my meditation teacher. As things evolved, I continued to be guided to meet another teacher, starting to learn about NLP, Solution Focused Counselling and Ericksonian methods. Within a short period of time, I moved to Canada and started studying at Erickson College, Vancouver. During this time I also became a student of the Diamond Approach of A.H. Almaas.
Completing my studies, I started facilitating courses at Erickson College and finally became a Certified NLP Trainer teaching the 1-Year Coaching Diploma Program. This program included NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner Certification, Ericksonian Hypnosis and Solution Focused methods.
In 2007 I immigrated to Canada and started my own Life Coaching business in 2008.
