Inner Judgement:
This course module explores the inner critic and how it impacts our freedom and possibilities in ever day life. Find ways to recognize and disengage from inner judgements through the lens of principles that align with deep change and transform the limiting status quo. Expand awareness and choice in various life areas and find ways towards self-balance and create shifts in internal dialogue.
Compassion:
This course module supports and inquires into the quality of compassion and inner kindness as a way of developing the heart and its innate sensitivity, empathy and attunement. The healing quality of compassion brings trust around the unfoldment of our process and aligns to find freedom from emotional hurt.
Essential Values:
The course module gives pointers to the many inner qualities that are the potential of a human being and how we can live a present-moment value-based life. When we are not captive of limiting standards and the inner critic, we can open towards the intrinsic essentialness of our nature, which can reveal optimizing value qualities as an expression of life.
