Refund Policy
The 5 Elements Coaching Course
Cancellation Before the Course Start: 7-Days
If you decide not to participate in The 5 Elements Coaching Course, you may cancel your registration and request a refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees up to seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled start date of the live coaching module you registered for.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing before this deadline.
Missed Module
If you are unable to attend a scheduled live module, please notify us as soon as possible.
Where possible, Mandala Mind may offer access to alternative sessions or another reasonable solution. However, missed sessions are generally not refundable. You will receive access to the recording of the missed session.
Joining Live Sessions
Once you attended a live course module and have access to online course materials, your course fee for this specific module cannot be refunded. You will still be able to receive a refund for any subsequent modules that you have registered for until seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled start of the specific module.
If Mandala Mind must cancel or significantly postpone a live module, participants will be offered a replacement module or a full refund of all fees paid. A minimum of 4 participants is required to hold the live sessions.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected life events may occur. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us. While refunds cannot be guaranteed, we will consider requests individually and may offer alternatives such as:
Transfer to a future course date.
Temporary pause of your registration.
Refund less the non-refundable payment processing fee.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us by email within the applicable refund period and include. We aim to respond to all refund requests within five (5) business days.
