NLP Tools and Methods to Transform Your Life

What is NLP?

NLP is the study of subjective experience. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, is an exploration of how inner experience, language, and behavior connect to shape our perception of reality. It points to and reveals how the mind & senses (neuro), communication (linguistic), and learned patterns (programming) form a dynamic system through which we interpret the world and act within it. The distinctions of NLP can serve us to be more conscious about our inner strategies, values & beliefs, perceptual filters, behaviours and intentions.

NLP is an approach and practice that includes various methods and techniques and is based on curiousity and okness about how people change. This framework can help transform habits, responses, and internal narratives, find and align solutions, as well as unfold greater flexibility and intentional choice. In this process we can learn about our mind, by increasing awareness of how we create our inner map and how this effects our perception. It offers a pathway of transforming and releasing limitations and patterns which leads to greater freedom.
