Meditation Course Series

This is open for all, especially beginners of meditation.
This 90-minute course series is designed to introduce you to meditation as a regular practice and to provide a structure and understanding of the basics of meditation. You will be taught a simple meditation practice and supported through stages of meditative development. The benefits are well-being, increased vitality and deep restfulness. There will be a presentation, a period for questions and a short meditation practice.
