Discover Balance through the 5 Elements

The 5 elements are the fundamental components of life. These are space, air, fire, water, and earth. They are found all around us in our environment and living circumstances, and also are elemental energies within us that when in balance bring about health and healing. It is of importance to recognize when the elements within us are in imbalance. This can cause us to experience health issues and various challenges.

The Earth Element: The earth element is about stability, groundedness and being rooted.
The Water Element: The water element is about flow, flexibility and feeling at ease.
The Fire Element: The fire element is about passion, vitality and expansion.
The Air Element: The air element is about inspiration, change and movement.
The Space Element: The space element is open, all-including, all-encompassing and all other elements arise from it.

It helps to connect to each element as it can transform various areas of our life. As each energy is explored it is possible to find balance and unlock the original blueprint of each element within us. It can bring about circumstances that help ourselves but also can be of support to others during this time.

The 5 elements provide a map to the journey of human development that can deeply impact and effect how we perceive the outer world, what matters to us and how we respond to the various situations in our life. It can clarify what specific transformational processes can help us to have a life of greater inner calm, strength and clarity.

Who this is for?

These sessions are designed for people interested in inner development, Mindfulness Practitioners, Health Practitioners or Educators.

What you will receive:

  • 5 sessions via Zoom (1 x 90 minute session, 4 x 60 minute sessions)

  • Each session explores one element

  • Handouts for each of the 5 elements

  • Specific tools or exercises to integrate the 5 elements

5 One-on-One Sessions via Zoom or Skype

The 5 online session one-on-one program will assist you to live a life of inspiration, alignment and abundance connecting to the 5 elements as the core principles and energies. This special program guides you through the 5 elements over a period of 5 weeks. The one-on-one sessions take place over Zoom or Skype.

Session 1: Space Element The first session is a 90 minute session that includes an orientation to all 5 elements and an overview. You will explore not knowing as a beginning point of change and be open to your experience.

Session 2: Water Element The second session is a 60 minute session and explores the water element. This is about looking into your judgments and self-criticism and how to transform and work with limiting emotions. It focuses on what learnings and knowledge are important to you at this time.

Session 3: Earth Element The third session is a 60 minutes session and explores the earth element. This is about looking into your resources and how to connect to what stabilizes and helps to build habits in daily life. It focuses on what brings enrichment and creates abundance in your life situation.

Session 4: Fire Element The fourth session is a 60 minute session and explores the fire element. This is about looking into what you are passionate about, what vitalizes and expands your life. It focuses on relationships and how to connect to what you truly want.

Session 5: Air Element The fifth sessions is a 60 minutes session and explores the air element. This is about looking into what is necessary for change and what action steps are important for you at this time. It focuses on intentions, achievement and how to optimize your life.

About Nicole Koch

Nicole Koch developed the 5 elements program and is the founder of Mandala Mind. She is a Human Development Facilitator, Life Coach & Counsellor with more than 16 years of experience. Her background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Counselling Psychology and a Master’s degree in Coaching Psychology. She is offering online courses and sessions based on mindfulness, inquiry and combines various wisdom teachings with her background in Counselling and Coaching.
