What's new on Mandala Mind?

I want to let you know about some of the upcoming events and developments at Mandala Mind. Hopefully you are living a balanced and mindful life, and if not, are making sure you are surrounding yourself with resources and people to impact your life in a beneficial way.

In November, Mandala Mind and the blog has been around for 1 year, and it has been a commitment and joy to write posts and contribute a little bit this way.

Here is what is happening...

The Free E-Book:

In case you missed the 21-Day Challenge on Facebook. I was inspired to create a small e-book from the daily assignments. The e-book is available for free and you can receive it here. It is organized around the 4 elements, and is a fun inspiring daily reminder to stay committed to change.

The Human Development Course:

I have scheduled some new dates for the upcoming Live Online Webinar. Join me for an inspiring online training, with break-out sessions, exercises, and tools. Find out more here.
